Our Mission

Holistic Health

At Living Well™, our mission is to equip believers to care for their bodies in a way that honors God and supports vibrant, joyful living. Guided by the truth of 1 Corinthians 10:31, we teach practical, sustainable habits that help families, churches, and individuals “do all to the glory of God,” in both daily routines and long-term wellbeing.

Our Vision

To see churches across the nation equipped to disciple their members in whole-person wellness - becoming healthier, stronger witnesses for Christ in their homes, communities, and the world.

Why Living Well Exists

Wellness for All

Many people in the church long to feel better-more energy, less stress, better habits- but don’t know where to begin.
Health information is overwhelming. Nutrition advice changes constantly. And most people are trying to make lifestyle changes alone.

Living Well™ was created to make health simple, biblical, and doable for everyday Christians.
Not through fad diets or extreme programs, but through habits rooted in God’s wisdom, creation principles, and evidence-based lifestyle medicine.

We believe caring for the body is an act of stewardship, a way to honor the Creator, and a practical expression of loving our families and communities.

Healthy Habits

Our Foundation

Christ at the Center

We believe Jesus is not only our Savior, but our Healer, Sustainer, and Source of abundant life.

Every habit we teach flows from the truth that God created the body with wisdom and intention, and calls us to care for it as good stewards.

Living Well™ is built on this conviction:
When we care for our bodies God’s way, we reflect His goodness, experience His strength, and live out our calling with clarity and joy.

Family Cooking Together

Our Approach

Living Well brings together faith, Biblical science, and real-life practicality.

We teach people how to build daily habits that support:

  • Whole-food nutrition

  • Movement and physical activity

  • Mental and emotional health

  • Rest and rhythm

  • Healthy relationships and community support

  • A deeper walk with Christ

Our programs focus on small, sustainable actions that anyone can implement- whether at home, in a church small group, during pregnancy, or alongside children in the classroom.

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
